SHIPPING POLICY

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If there are any unforeseeable delays, our team will communicate the same to you.

We offer flat rate shipping pan India based on the weight of your order, upto a maximum weight limit of 1.5kg. If you wish to order in bulk kindly reach out to the team at contact@samyarasden.com or call us on +91-9100-959-624.

IN-STORE PICKUP

In store pickup is available in Hyderabad, India Only. Kindly place a preorder or call the store on +91-9100-959-624 to verify your order before arriving at the store for pickup.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not offer international shipping and are limited to the domestic boundaries of the country of India only.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

​

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@samyarasden.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

RETURNS

Purchases made from the online store of www.samyarasden.com cannot be returned after purchase. We offer full-replacement of products that might be damaged in transit. Replacement orders are processed immediately after our customer support team validates the damage via communication over e-mail or phone.

 

Replacement Orders and Refunds will be processed only if the query is raised within 30 days of placing the orders. Any queries or concerns beyond 30 days from order confirmation date will not be entertained.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

 

Any cancellations can be processed within 24 hours of placing the orders, by writing to us at orders@thewholetruthfoods.com. Refund for cancelled orders will be processed to the original mode of payment within 14 working days.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Book with obvious signs of use, CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery​

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@samyarasden.com and our team will reach out to you for next steps.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Samyara’s Den, Shop No. G3, Gayatri Mansion, Road No. 1, Madhavapuri Hills, PJR Enclave, Chandanagar, Hyderabad - 500050

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

​

If you are shipping an item over Rs. 5,000/-, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
